Dr. Stack

Dr. Sean Stack attended medical school at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland,

Oregon, in 1994. He then completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at OHSU in 1999, followed by a

fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Interventional Institute at OHSU. He is certified with

the American Board of Diagnostic Radiology and joined Salem Radiology Consultants in 2000. Dr. Stack

and has been on our board since 2020.
