Dr. Houts

Dr. Katie Houts is one of WVP’s newest board members, joining in 2023. Having completed her biology

degree at Oregon State University, she then attended medical school at Oregon Health & Science

University. She completed her family practice residency at University of Missouri, Truman Medical

Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Houts then finished an obstetric fellowship at Truman Medical

Center, Lakewood in Kansas City, Missouri, and is board certified by the American Board of Family

Medicine. She has been practicing in Silverton for ten years and is skilled in women’s care, pediatrics and

internal medicine. Dr. Houts is currently practicing at Silver Creek Family Medicine.
